I had a BTE left ear hearing aid emergency on Sept. 26, 2024 and managed to function on one hearing aid at work (Falls Church, VA) and was hoping for FHS to help. I had to stop by the office. The receiving person was quite graceful and helped. Fortunately, it just needed a little vacuum to remove some clog and the transistor was just fine.
