Vanessa has spent the past decade working in the medical field, where she has developed a deep passion for helping others. She brings compassion, patience, and genuine care to every person she meets, and she takes great pride in being a comforting presence for patients and their families. Supporting others is what motivates her each day, and she strives to make every interaction positive and meaningful. 

As an Audiology Technician in our Leesburg office, Vanessa plays an essential role in assisting with patient care. She supports our providers during evaluations, guides patients through testing procedures, helps maintain equipment, and ensures each appointment runs smoothly. Her warm personality and attentive approach help patients feel at ease from the moment they walk in. 

Outside of work, Vanessa is a proud mom to an energetic and fun-loving 7-year-old son, with whom she loves spending quality time. Her home is also shared with two lively cats—Honey and Blossom—who add plenty of humor and chaos to her days. Vanessa is committed to continuing her growth in healthcare and looks forward to making a positive difference in every patient’s hearing journey.
