Susan grew up in Sterling, VA, and attended Park View High School. As our Patient Care Coordinator, she found her passion for helping people with their hearing needs; she acts as one of our patients’ first points of contact when they come to visit us. 

She checks patients in for appointments, makes sure they’re sorted and satisfied before leaving, checks paperwork and information, takes calls for appointments, and various other administrative tasks. She’s a big part of why we run like a well-oiled machine! 

Susan loves helping patients achieve better hearing outcomes, and chatting with them before and after appointments lets her see their satisfaction firsthand.  

Outside of work, Susan likes to hang out with her family and enjoy time with her grandkids.
