Courtney Little, Au.D.
Doctor of Audiology
Dr. Little was born and raised in Rochester, New York. She completed both her undergraduate and doctorate degrees at the University of Buffalo, New York. She started out as a Physical Therapy major but switched to Communication Disorders after her first semester—she believes that’s the best decision she ever made!
She has a personal connection to helping her patients achieve better hearing outcomes, as someone who dealt with hearing loss herself. As a teenager, Courtney was diagnosed with bilateral progressive hearing loss and wore hearing aids just before starting college.
She remembers how incredible it was to experience clear hearing for the first time in years, which sparked a deep appreciation for the power of sound and ignited her passion to help others regain their hearing.
To Dr. Little, there’s nothing more rewarding than helping her patients rediscover the sounds they’ve been missing and giving them the chance to hear clearly again. Sharing the gift of hearing that she was once given is, without a doubt, her greatest joy.
As the primary provider in our Leesburg office, Dr. Little looks after patients of all ages, from toddlers to seniors. She helps her patients by conducting comprehensive hearing tests, auditory processing evaluations, communication needs assessments, and more. Dr. Little also provides expert care for hearing aids, including fitting, reprogramming, repairing, and counseling.
Outside of work, Courtney enjoys spending quality time with her family, especially her two sons. She also likes getting sucked into a good book, practicing her embroidery skills, and relaxing with a great movie or TV show.
