Your appointment is designed to be thorough, informative, and tailored to your needs. Depending on the reason for your visit, your appointment may include:

Family Hearing Services describes its care as going beyond simply identifying hearing loss, with evaluations that consider communication needs, cognition, balance, and ear-to-brain processing when appropriate.

Friday, Saturday, Sunday : Closed

We no longer offer walk-in hours. Existing patients who need hearing aid service may drop off their devices for service on Monday, Wednesday, or Thursday between 9:00 a.m. and 12:00 p.m. Hearing aids will be checked and ready for same-day pickup by 3:00 p.m.

Can I bring someone with me?

Yes — absolutely. Many patients choose to bring a spouse, family member, or close friend. Having someone with you can provide support and help everyone better understand the recommendations discussed during the appointment.

Do I need to bring my current hearing aids?

Yes, if you currently wear hearing aids or have used them in the past, please bring them with you. We can check how they’re functioning and better understand what has or hasn’t been working for you.

Will I be pressured to purchase hearing aids?

No. Family Hearing Services positions itself around transparent, patient-centered care rather than sales-driven recommendations. Any guidance you receive should be based on your clinical needs, lifestyle, and preferences.
