Pinky Pradeep Khatri, Au.D.

Doctor of Audiology

Dr. Pinky Khatri has provided unsurpassed hearing health care services for over 11 years. Respected by the medical community, and the patient she serves, Dr. Khatri is uniquely suited to help your hearing healthcare issues.

Her professional experience includes working in a variety of settings including medical, school system and private practice. She has treated pediatric, adult and geriatric patients using latest Cochlear implant technology, hearing aid technology and assistive listening devices.

Dr. Khatri received her undergraduate degree from Sri Ramachandra Medical College in 2005 and received her Doctorate in Audiology from Texas Tech University Health Science Center in 2009.

Dr. Courtney Little, Au.D.

Doctor of Audiology

Dr. Courtney Little earned both her Bachelors and Doctorate of Audiology from the State University of New York at Buffalo. She has been practicing audiology since 2012. Dr. Little specializes in auditory processing evaluations, pediatric, adult and geriatric diagnostics, and is highly trained in the selection, fitting, and verification of hearing aids and cochlear implants. As a hearing aid user herself, she has a unique perspective for helping patients understand their hearing loss and how it can impact their lives. It is her true passion in life to help her patients find the best hearing solution for them.

In her free time, Dr. Little enjoys reading, traveling, cheering on the Washington Capitals and Buffalo Bills and spending time with her husband, two boys and two dogs.

Jill Young, Au.D.

Doctor of Audiology

Dr. Young has been an audiologist for over 20 years.  She received her Doctorate of Audiology from Gallaudet University in Washington DC.  She has served the Northern Virginia area for her entire career with speciality in diagnosing and treating hearing loss in infants and in adults.  Additionally, Dr. Young has been active with the Virginia state Early Hearing Detection and Intervention program and is an active board member for Virginia’s Hands & Voices (a program for families of children with hearing loss).  

Dr. Young is both a cochlear implant and a hearing aid user.  She grew up with oral listening and spoken language and became fluent in American Sign Language later in life.  Her experiences have led her to pursue serving others with hearing loss.  

Nicole Sorto-Alfaro

Nicole has been in health care since 2022. She is in the process of getting a nursing certificate. She enjoys working with our patients and helps with troubleshooting and performing minor repairs on hearing aids.  During her free time, she loves spending time with her family and her puppy.

Jessica Meade​

Hearing Aid Dispenser in Training

Jessica started health care in 2020 as a medical receptionist and assistant. The combination of her passion for patient care and technology inspired her to begin training to become a hearing aid dispenser. 

She is eager to assist with hearing aid-related services or inquiries and strives to provide the most comprehensive care to our patients.
